  • Inspection appointment information is entered onto a computer appointment sheet and is available on our secure website within the hour, or if you prefer, e-mailed or faxed to you immediately.   • In addition, at the end of every business day we email or fax to you a summary schedule to confirm all appointments booked for you.

  • Non-appointment related calls are handled knowledgeably, with only urgent messages sent to you. Non-urgent messages are e-mailed or faxed to you, and urgent messages are handled per your instructions.


  • Your calls are answered Monday through Friday, eleven hours per day and an additional five hours on Saturday. That is 60 hours of "live" coverage each week.


  • After normal business hours, callers are greeted with an automated voice messaging system personalized for your company.
