Do you have any cancellation fees?No! We only charge a per-appointment fee for completed inspections, no charges for rescheduled or cancelled inspections.

How quickly can I start?Let's talk! Out onboarding process takes approximately two weeks, allowing our team the opportunity to learn about you and your business and ensuring that we represent you as accurately as possible.

Who do you integrate with?ACC integrates with ISN, Home Inspector Pro, and Spectora. Don't use one of those software products? Reach out to us and we'll do our best to customize an integration that works for you.

Is my data safe?Absolutely! Rest assured that your data is always safe with ACC. We take the responsibility of securing our customer's data and information very seriously, and never put your data at risk. ACC servers are secured in an AWS environment.

Who owns my data?You do! And you always will. ACC does not share your data with anyone other than you, as well as those who support your account and are approved by you. This includes our partner organizations - ACC does not share data at the partner level.

How long are your contracts?While ACC does not require a time-bound contract, we do require a customer agreement be signed before we begin servicing your account.
